that the recently derailed train attacked by the Forces of the
Resistance in Loulombo railroad station did not contain weapons of mass
destruction clearly indicates that the accusations by the FADR-NINJA
forces are undeniably true. There is no question that this train was not
carrying medical drugs. Reports by the FADR-NINJA forces, through their
spokesman in Europe, stated tat there were weapons of all types and
makes in the train, including weapons of mass destruction, and that
these weapons were either manufactured or purchased in France. This is
understandable. Fran=E7afrique has never let its arms down.

In tracing the supply sources of these weapons, 2 major networks stand
out. One is the network led by PIERRE OBA, SASSOU-NGUESSO=92s Interior and
Internal Security Minister. The other is the network controlled by
Admiral PIERRE NGOMBE, who replaced CAMILLE OKO, SASSOU-NGUESSO=92s
cousin, in the role of presidential =93sub-marine.=94

NETWORK I: THE PIERRE OBA NETWORK

By virtue of his official functions, Mr. PIERRE OBA seems to be at the
center of the whole operation. This network consists of diverse elements
such as MAURICE NGUESSO, SASSOU-NGUESSO=92 own brother, MARC GARRIBALDI,
PIERRE FERRACCI=92s Corsicans, the businessman JACQUES LALLEMAND, the
friends of the National Front behind Mr. COURCELLES and the two
=93advisors catastrophe par excellence=94, Mr. GILLERON and Mr. PAUL
BARRIL.(See the FAMAs operational chart).=20

NETWORK II: THE PIERRE NGOMBE NETWORK

The second network is spearheaded by Admiral PIERRE NGOMBE, assisted by
the inveterate MAURICE NGUESSO, SASSOU-NGUESSO=92s brother. Even though he
is truculent and pugnacious, the latter individual makes the link with
all that gravitates of awkward and suspicious around his brother. It is
this second network, which manages the Ukrainian pilots and the =93Yougos=
=94
of STOJANOVIC. It is they who reacted on June 14, 2002, after the
scrambling by the Congolese and Angolan soldiers in Tchelempo, Moukondo
and the Air Force base. One would not be surprised to find, among these
=93Yougos=94, Serbs who are currently being sought by the international
penal tribunal.

At this point, one thing has become clear. Dictator SASSOU-NGUESSO wants
to maintain a psychological pressure on the Congolese people. He wants
to demonstrate, through possession of massive weapons, in particular
weapons of mass destruction, that he is well equipped to break any
attempt to overthrow his regime, and that he is capable of striking
anywhere, anytime and without impunity. This explains why the Congolese
government is keeping at great cost an army of occupation, mercenary
networks and various militias and cliques. What is interesting is that
all this is known to everyone.
